Q: How do I access the online video tutorials?
A: Once you’ve subscribed to Ten Ton Online, you’ll be given a username and password which you can use to access the online training library. To subscribe to Ten Ton Online, click here.

Q: How does online training work?
A: When you access Ten Ton Online, you’ll be able to navigate through our complete course offerings. Navigate to the title you want to watch, and you can begin viewing each lesson sequentially. Each lesson includes an area to post questions, leave tips, and interact with other Ten Ton users. Further, you can watch re-watch lessons as many times as you’d like!

Q: Do I get access to all of Ten Ton’s courses when I subscribe?
A: The only courses that are not available on Ten Ton Online are our Zen Cart titles (these are DVD-only titles). However, when you subscribe to Ten Ton Online, you get access to everything else: all our other courses, project files, and even questions, tips, and techniques posted by other Ten Ton users.

Q: When I subscribe, do I also gain access to project files?
A: You betcha! Project files can be downloaded as zip files and extracted, allowing you to follow along with each lesson.

Q: Do I have to pay extra for the exercise files?
A: No way! Project files are included with your subscription.

Q: What kind of internet connection speed will I need for online training?
A: Faster is always better. While you can always use a slower connection speed, you’ll find that video lessons run much smoother on broadband connections.

Q: Can I save the videos to my hard drive?
A: Unfortunately, no. All the lessons in our online library are streaming Flash video, meaning that you can’t save them. But with an ongoing subscription, you can watch them over and over, as many times as you’d like. However, if you absolutely must have physical possession of lessons and courses, then you may want to consider getting them on DVD.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: All Ten Ton Online subscriptions are non-refundable. Click here to read the Online Subscription Services Warranty.

Q: At the end of my subscription, will it be automatically renewed?
A: Yes, all subscriptions automatically renew unless a user has previously cancelled their subscription, which can be done within their online account.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. To cancel your subscription click here. Once we process your request your account will remain active until your next billing cycle.
