First open Acrobat’s Preferences (Edit > Preferences in Windows; Acrobat > Preferences on the Mac), and head for the TouchUp category, where you can set your Image Editor and your Page / Object Editor. I’d suggest Photoshop for the Image Editor, and Illustrator for the Page / Object Editor. Once that’s set up, choose the TouchUp Object tool from the Advanced Editing toolbar. This guy’ll let ya move images and page objects (like textboxes) around, resize them, and even delete them. Now for the cool part. Try right-clicking on your image or page object; then choose Edit Image (or Edit Object)—bango, depending on what you’re editing, Photohshop or Illustrator launches, ready to go. Make whatever changes you want; then just save the file, and it’ll automatically update in Acrobat. Freakin’ awesome!
